Apple Pie Concerts: Karin Strobos sings Folksongs
At the very first Appeltaart concert in the Duinzichtkerk, Karin Strobos sings Berio's "Folksongs" and other fine Appeltaart music. She will be accompanied by the musicians of the Residentie Orkest and of Stichting Appeltaartconcerten. We are organizing this morning concert especially for residents of the Benoordenhout neighborhood. And after the music? Then there is ... apple pie! Admission is 5 euros (including apple pie). With your voluntary contribution at the exit, you ensure that our concerts remain widely accessible. Bring your neighbors! In The Hague, Stichting Appeltaartconcerten works together with the Residentie Orkest. Some 20 Appeltaartconcerten are held annually in various theaters, churches, Alzheimer's cafes and nursing homes. The Emma Fund supports the Apple Pie Concerts.
