Following the harp audition last year, Mathilde began a trial period as a harpist in the RO in August.

During such a probationary period, feedback is given by the musicians of the orchestra on the performance and cooperation between ensemble and new musician. After ten months, an evaluation was prepared by the orchestra and voted on giving a permanent contract and entering into a long-term cooperation. 

In May, the harp position was positively matched. Mathilde is additionally deepening her collaboration with the RO by serving on the artistic advisory board.
